Senior Software Engineers

Education required for all Senior Software Engineer positions: M.S. in Comp. Sci, Eng, related field or foreign equiv. and 1 yr. exp or 1 yr exp as Software Engineer (will accept BS plus 5 yrs exp in lieu of M.S.).  Multiple openings for Sr. Software Engineers to design software applications using various languages, tools, technologies and applications:

 

Position ID: SPA-SPP1-A Programmer Analyst.  Develop and work with the design of N Tier applications with OOAD, SDLC, MVC, UML, J2EE, iPlanet, Websphere or Weblogic, SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, Unix, Legacy systems and Windows. 40 hrs/wk.

Must have Bachelor’s degree in Comp. Position ID: SPA-SPP12 - Design and lead OO Development with Booch, Rumbaugh, Coad/Yourdon, Unix systems programming, C, C++ compilers, ClearCase, PureTools, sh, csh, Tcp/IP Sockets, Posix or Solaris threads, NFS.
 

Position ID: SPA-SPP13 - Design, study and evaluate and implement Business Processes using ERP Software. Fit Gap Analysis and customization. Create work-flows, roles, routings for GL, AR, AP, Billing, Asset Management using large ERP Systems like Peoplesoft/SAP/OracleApps/JDEdwards etc., Work with vendor provided development and reporting tools and with any 2 databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase in Unis and Windows environment. Education required for all Senior Business Analyst positions: Masters degree in Finance, Business Related field, CIS or foreign equiv and 1 year experience as Business Analyst (will accept BS plus 5 years experience in lieu of Masters Degree). Education required for all Business Analyst positions: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, CIS or related field with 1-5 years experience depending on position. BS in any combination of education & exp – (3 yrs exp equals 1 yr educ).

Position ID: SPA-SPP-A16 - Design and lead Embedded Development for device drivers, Ethernet driver & interface cards. Develop software for telecom/data netowrking protocols such as  SIP,MGCP, MPLS, RSVP, BGP, OSPF , RIP, PPP, PPPoE, PPPoA , TCP/IP  & DPI on pSOS, Linux, OSE, VxWorks and Windows.

 

Position ID: SPA-SPP- A17 - Design,lead and manage ERP Systems like Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, J D Edwards running on Unix, legacy systems & Windows

 

Position ID: SPA-SPP- A18 - Design, study, evaluate and implement Business Processes using ERP Software. Fit Gap Analysis & customization, create work-flows, roles, routings for HR, Benefits and Payroll using any one of the following ERP Systems Peoplesoft/SAP/OracleApps/JDEdwards and any 2 of the databases Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase in Unix & Windows

 

Position ID: SPA-SPP- A19 - Design, lead and develop client/server application using GUI,

VC++, VB, PB, ODBC, Triggers, stored procedures for SQL Server, Sybase on Windows and HP-Unix platforms.

Position ID: SPA-SPP-A20 - Design, evaluate & implement Business Processes using CRM Software. Requirement / Fit Gap Analysis & customization, Create work-flows, roles, routings for Financial/Call Center/Service for packaged enterprise wide CRM application. Work with Oracle Designer/Developer, App. Server in a large, complex, multi-location implementation within a mixed Windows & Unix environment.

 

Position ID: SPA-SPP-A21- Design, Lead and develop Enterprise application architecture, data modeling (Erwin,Visio), removing Blocking and DeadLocks for SQL Server, DTS, BCP Data Manipulation, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Transaction, SQL,SSIS,SSRS,XML, SQL*Plus and PL/SQL, data migration from Oracle to Sql Server 2005, Data warehouse, Informatica.

 

 Position ID: SPA-SPP-A22- system integration, testing and application consulting, application design and architecture, data analysis and modeling. SAP CRM, SAP R/3 Sales & Distribution, SD /CRM module SAP CRM Sales, Service and Marketing and Segmentation. SAP EP 6.0 Portal / Netweaver, E-commerce (Internet Sales), ERMS, Account Determination, Availability Check, CIC, Pricing and (SD/MM), business flow analysis, creating concept & business blueprint for business reengineering, finalizing and mapping to the SAP system. Gap-analysis, Business Reengineering and blueprinting, proficient in handling complex functional and technical issues and possess strong communication skills both written and oral.

 

Position ID: SPA-SPP-A23- designing, developing, deploying, administration, managing, and tuning Databases in Production environments ranging size above 20TB. Solaris, Unix, AIX, Linux, Windows, Database support & maintenance, performance tuning, query optimization, backup, recovery, migration, up-gradation, database design in RAC and Non RAC environments. Linux RAC with ASM, performance optimization for Oracle databases. EXPORT/IMPORT, SQL *LOADER, CTXLOAD, RMAN, SQL* Plus, KEEP TOOLS, OEM, TOAD, TKPROF, OLTP and Data warehousing. Oracle versions like 8.x, 9i and 10g, Oracle Text, Oracle Spatial and DBLink. Database/Data Guard, RAC, Oracle Streams & RMAN. New features of 10g like AWR, ADDM, Flashback and data pump, Shell Scripting, Java, HTML, Java Script, Sun Solaris, AIX, Linux, HP-UX, Advance Server 2000, Windows NT.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM

 

Any active employee of Software Pundits and Associates, LLC can refer a candidate towards an open position at the company.  If the candidate is hired and remains on the company’s payroll for a minimum of three months from the date of hire, the referring employee shall be paid a sum of $250.00 as a referral bonus. 

If the hired candidate leaves before a period of three months, voluntarily or through an involuntary termination, no referral bonus shall be paid.  There is no limit on the number of referrals an employee can make, nor is there a limit on the number of referral bonuses that can be collected, so long as the criteria laid out by the Employee Bonus Referral Policy are met.
